Returns & Refunds policy (Digital Products)

1. Digital Products

Our products are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Once a purchase is completed and the download or access link has been provided, the product is considered “supplied” in full.

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns or cancellations once access or download has begun.

2. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing and downloading our digital content, you:

• expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content, and

• Acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download or access begins.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• The ebook is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed

• The product is significantly not as described

• You have not yet downloaded or accessed the content and are still within any applicable cancellation period (where rights have not been waived)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once access has been granted.

4. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a remedy if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.
